Sam and Eric: "The day before Piggy's....death.....he gave us this very big piece of bark, with all these Survival Rules carved on it. He called it 'The Book of the Island' and he told us he didn't want to show it to the others because he thought that maybe they might think of him as an annoying nerd. So he kept it all the times with him, and never told anyone about it. It would have certainly been useful to anyone...if only the others weren't so mean with him...."
