You!
S - Size-up and adjust yourself to the environment, to the equipment you've got, to your physical conditions.
U - Use all your senses, and remember to think before you act. It is very important.
R - Remember where you are! The Island is small, but you might loose yourself in the forest.
V - Vanquish, defeat your greatest enemies, fear and panic. We will escape this Island, there is no need for such emotions.
I - Improvise equipments, whenever you need something.
V - Value life; living and surviving on this Island is the most important thing.
A - Act as the animals of the Island. They have learned to adapt to the environment: if we do so as well, we will have more chances of surviving.
L - Learn the basic skills to live on the Island, and remember to use your wits, always.

Remember that the forest is the most dangerous part of the Island. When walking through the forest, try to follow either our trails, or the animals' trails. They will both bring to clearings. Remember also that when climbing, never grasp on vines, as these might be poisonous.
If you're lost, climb up a tree, and see where you are. This is how forest's trees grow:

Since the sun rises at East, and sets at the West, you'll know where the North is. The bathing pool is at the South of the Island. Keep going in that direction and you will reach the rest of the group.

When signalling any aircraft or ship, you should always be on the top of the mountain. Always keep the fire going, as this is the best way of signalling our presence. A burning tree is the best, though you may add green leaves and moss to a fire in order to make lots of smoke.
For any aircraft, you can also use my glasses to reflect the sun's light into the captain's eyes.

My eye-glasses are the most important thing. Not only do they make me see, but help us build fires. Never break the eye-glasses.

The last important thing: eat and drink. You need water and fruit and meat to survive. Always drink lots of water to prevent dehydration.

I hope you have understood all of my suggestions, and may you never forget them when on this Island!

Sincerely,
Piggy
